Are they social housing or simply houses to buy for those that can afford them?
Some rent, some low-cost home ownership, some shared ownership. It's huge success. Would still be derelict site if we hadn't got the funds

I agree but it's also the case that the government has cut the funding available and number of new homes being built is at a 24 year low.
