#1 Guard doors automatically lock, preventing guards from assisting passengers on entry and departure
#2 CCTV blind spot below 1.1 metres. Children, prams, etc. are in this blind spot
#3 CCTV screens are in drivers line of sight when driving

It's three days later. No signed commitment has been sent.
