@TeamYouTube my daughter is on my subscription to YouTube Premium, but her downloads are gone & her videos have ads. Mine are fine. What could be the problem?
My daughter is on my account as a FAMILY MEMBER. How should she be signing in? I'm confused as to what her issue is.
I have no issue on mine. I'm in Louisiana & she's in Philadelphia, PA, BTW.

Me, again. My daughter disabled YouTube then enabled it, again; she can watch videos, but there are ads, she can't download & she can't go to another page & still here the music. Again, she's under my PREMIUM ACCOUNT
