Latest data - #WFH levels are dropping, but very slowly.
Firms mention two reasons:
1) Variants - employees still concerned, so full RTO not until Summer 2022
2) WFH works well - we are approaching the post-COVID norm, and that norm is *a lot* of WFH

Sorry, Nick, I am confused. Is #WFH increasing or decreasing in the US? You just tweeted to consecutive pieces information that look contradictory to me.

Latest data - firms' post-COVID #WFH levels just keep rising. Two key reasons
1) Learning - improved WFH processes, management and equipment
2) Hot labor markets - employers are having to offer ever more WFH to compete for talent

Sorry and should be clear:
1) Current WFH levels are slowly declining (what I just tweeted) and heading towards 25% post-covid
2) Future planned post-covid WFH levels have been increasing over the pandemic - that post-covid 25% forecast was 20% last year and was 15% in 2020.
