[1] As a result of our work at Arecibo we have discovered that #ISEE-3 is 250,000 km away from where JPL's database says it should be.

@ISEE3Reboot So it is not clear if the 250,000 km offset is significant or not. Extrapolations over 17 years are very sensitive to errors.
.@michael_w_busch when a trajectory assumes a close flyover of the lunar surface 30-50 miles can make a BIG difference.
