I’m in year 3 of psych courses and I can tell me that I sound like I have a very damaged mental state. This isn’t an insult. This is a serious recommendation to me, from me. Me, see a therapist or psychologist and tell them all of my thoughts.

Start journaling. It helps me to let things out and reflect instead of keeping my mind cluttered
