Increíble que @IONITY_EU bloquea 80€ por cada intento de carga! Al final conseguí cargar y el coste ha sido 35€ pero allí queda el bloque 480 euracos pendiente de liquidar.

Hello, the credit card pre-authorisation is a necessary step of our current payment verification process. We are unable to disable it, however, we recognise that this can cause dissatisfaction, especially when the charging was unsuccessful.

You can find more information on this here: https://support.ionity.eu/en/payment-billing/why-is-my-credit-card-paypal-account-pre-authorised …. We are working on a new app and payment process, which will no longer require this pre-authorisation. The money will be returned to your account automatically.

Is it necessary to do the pre-auth every time when you have already blocked 80€ and the charging fails? It seems excessive.

Exactly. I attempted a charge at Gretna a while back and it failed. I tried again... It failed... £134 frozen in my account. A whole month to refund the value? Not a great customer experience, shall I say...pic.twitter.com/xubtJlIMZF

Thats not an answer! FIX the problem and do it now! YOU have the worst reputation of any chargepoint operator in the UK and you have the smallest network! The highest percentage of faulty and non working chargers and a price nearly double everyone else!

Totalmente de acuerdo con Lars, aunque he de decir que yo la única vez que he usado
@IONITY_EU la carga funciono a la primera y no tuve problemas. Eso si los 80€ estuvieron ahi bastante tiempo. Y el precio es..... para no volver nunca
