Well, we agree with you. As the call to actions states, protecting children can only START, not end, with better data. It is not the only answer, but part of the solution.

Yes, there is plenty of data, but it is often incomplete or of poor quality, and this does not serve analysis or policy-making well. The call to action not only highlights the need to collect more data, but to make better use of the data that already exists.
