With news of a potential vaccine, we now need urgent and dedicated efforts to ensure equitable access to a #COVID19 vaccine for migrants and displaced populations to protect their human rights and also the safety and well-being of host communities.

During lockdown, we see how vital migrants’ support to communities has been. While we stay home, migrants are working in supermarkets, distribution centres, transport. In many EU countries, 40-50% of hospital workers are migrants or of migrant background. They risk their lives.
