Making my 9 mile run this morning feel pretty insignificant 
Eliud Kipchoge is now running 200km a week as his training steps up – the equivalent of just under five marathons a week.
With three months to go until the #INEOS159 challenge, @EliudKipchoge will run around 3,200km – an incredible 76.5 marathons in total.

Starting from zero for Eliud probably means 2:05:00 shape. For me starting from zero means barley able to finish a 5k run
