Why do I have better ping and no spikes on NA, while EU is 150+ping with constant spikes. @BlizzardCSEU_EN This makes me so mad and sad

I am also having the same problems on EU, my ping is consistently higher than usual over the last few weeks with constant spikes happening every 5 seconds or so :(
