So there's the elementor plugin, gutenberg plugin, and the wpbakery plugin (which I've used before). How do they differ? Is one better than the others?

Wp is a bit old. Elementor and Gutenberg are just similar, but each of them for a different WordPress builder. People use different builders so we offer it for a few.
