It’s multi-platform. The Wasteland series is for people that like hardcore RPGs where choices have consequences. I hate using the term, but it’s usually not attractive to “casual” players.

Hopefully hit percentages will actually matter this time. I gave up on Wasteland 2 after consistently MISSING 90% and higher shots. No thank you.

90% means you miss one in ever 10 shots. Your party is 7 people and each get 1-2 shots per turn, so if you’re missing 1 90% shot every turn then the percentage are right and you’re just biased...
