Not at all. SB50 makes no requirement for affordable housing. It is working class and POC communities that are heavily affected by displacement and gentrification that are the main opposition to the bill.

I see you've altered your language. Now you say it won't "mandate" one unit. At least you're now technically correct. As there is currently an in-lieu fee option. Obviously we disagree from there.
