Uniform distribution is troublesome in general, like you can't have uniform distribution over infinity(e.g. stars uniformly distributed in the universe) because it will have zero density and expected value of stuff over any finite interval would be zero, which is not useful

I'm curious what you're using distributions for. Also, what is SPSA? I never did stats or probabilities the closest I ventured was measure theory. So, very uncharted ground.
