  A point of info @LTCJonathan I gulf war. Saddam wanted to fire scuds that had chemical agents. His lieutenant begged him not to(citing that Iraq would turn to dust). Saddam imprisoned him, then released/sacked him. But at the last minute, cancelled chemical attacks on Israel
