    Today I learned there are companies that monitor and grade twitter likes () to sell as background checks. Never underestimate the lengths companies will go to profit from surveilling you.

    On the plus side I can now save these for posterity

    What is important is to make a distinction between governance of AI and governance via AI. The first one is a risk management perspective, a negative perspective on AI. The second one is a perspective where AI brings solution, a positive perspective on AI.

    There are huge investments in this transformation, they believe this is the future. Revolution is not coming as fast as the technology. They have to guess what are going to be the consumers' expectations. Decisions are based on principles, on what is good but also what is right.
