Waterspout Outbreak! ICWR observer, Stavros Kesedakis, reported 11 waterspouts and funnels off of Rhodes, Greece this morning. He also saw a family of 5 in a row! See where he saw them on our World Waterspout Map at icwr.ca

Rare nighttime waterspouts! We confirmed numerous waterspouts off of Italy today including these rarely photographed nighttime waterspouts off Forte dei Marmi. Waterspouts will continue over the Central Mediterranean and Adriatic Seas through to tonight icwr.ca

Waterspout reported by ICWR observer Stavros Kesedakis off of Rhodes, Greece this morning! Also, a waterspout and funnels off of Patti, Italy. Waterspouts will continue to form over the Central and Eastern Mediterranean Sea today. icwr.ca

The rarely filmed "Winter Waterspout"! Frequently confused with "steam devils", winter waterspouts form over relatively warm water during an Arctic Outbreak. Winter waterspouts are accompanied by "sea smoke" and steam devils. icwr.ca
