YOUR COMPANY IS A RIP OFF! I got 2 defective phones within 4 months. Verizon PROMISED to work with me to make it right, next hen had ME making changes til the warranty ran out. NOW they suggest I buy another phone while I’m still paying for something I NEVER got! Thieves!
