Why don’t companies start hiring the top 10-15% STEM graduates instead of gender? Let’s aim for ability equality rather than gender? Flush out the HR departments by requiring STEM graduates from the best programs and where liberal arts grads are needed (??) go to state college!

Yeah I think not prioritizing this is silly , I understand businesses have other priorities as well , especially large companies, but there are ways to prioritize things that exist in different spaces and have those priorities kind of work their way through the company’s mission
