How about starting with putting a STOP to outsourcing EVERY single US hi tech/software job to India? There are TONS of excellent/qualified people HERE...in USA.. but still co's like IBM have SOLD OUT every single job to India!

Just about EVERY major IT dept. in America is run from overseas (India in particular). Millions of AMERICAN jobs - outsourced at a blistering pace. Hopefully Mr. President
