Who inspects and verifies food origin, quality and authenticity before the information is added to the ledger? Tracking tainted food via Blockchain is just as bad as not tracking it.

Thank you. It is as I thought. You’re not guaranteeing the safety of food, like ethylene glycol mixed in fruit punch, but the traceability of food once a problem is identified. Once you've established safe factories/farms that will change.
