@IBM you gotta be kidding me! The support portal is down but you leave the dadgum thing up frustrating customer.ers who cannot open PMRs. And you leave it broken All Day instead of putting up a notice page!?!? FacePalm.

sure did that. Spent HOURS on the phone because since the portal was broken EVERYONE was calling!! But you miss the point. iF you cannot enter a PMR why not put up a page telling me not even to try and to call right then???
