I was an OP salesman in Antwerp Belgium and sold many of these typewriters before the announcement of the 82C and i still remember that sandstone beige was the standard color together with 15 inch carriage and film ribbon: i still know my product

I grew up learning on the IBM selectric . Owned it until 1985, when my 2 year niece decided it needed baby powder . Wish I could still buy one today .
