To truly equal the perceived gap for women, they would have to give up their divine design of having & nurturing children, & abandon their instinctual tendencies to be in lower-paying highly-impactful careers like social work! True 4 most! This objectiveness needs factored in!

It's much easier to ignore data and gender tendencies and just blame and attack men all day and yell "patriarchy" at everything.
