IBM makes every effort to have equal number of both genders and does train it's staff for the job. IBM thinks diversity adds value to it's services offered to customers.

Yeah I've loved ibm for years but this is a red flag. IBM has had more women then men a lot of times in their history, they led by example not preaching.
