My luggage didn't make it to SFO today, still impressed w/ #AmericanAirlines. They texted to inform me the luggage didn't make it. No waiting in line to make a claim. They texted updates. All automated. A great example of AI in action worth sharing at #Think2019. #WatsonCommerce
