Sorry Ms. Rometty, not everyone had rich parents/husbands and influential friends in tech help them obtain lofty degrees and catapult them to the top. You don't speak for ALL women and you and the other "power" women CEOs certainly haven't done anything to reach back and cont.

Yes, she had a free ride through college via scholarship and had people help her reach the top. Yet how ironic that she and other tech women CEOs are not interested in reaching back and sending the elevator back down so that other tech women can climb the ladder and succeed.
