Have to use an @IBM product for a class, but when the product doesn’t function properly and you call tech support, they tell you there is nothing they can do. That maybe I should try posting a question to a forum and try to get an answer. IBM sucks.

I tried that a few times and it hasn’t worked. The wizard always says it can’t locate the file for the licensing, law.ex or something. I don’t have it in front of me right now.
