Have to use an @IBM product for a class, but when the product doesn’t function properly and you call tech support, they tell you there is nothing they can do. That maybe I should try posting a question to a forum and try to get an answer. IBM sucks.

I had to download the SPSS 25, and when I go to run the licensing wizard, a window pops up that says it can not locate that file shortcut. So I am unable to license and use the product I paid for.
