My skin tone should not be the determining factor on whether or not I get a position. It should be my merit and qualifications. "Let's pick her bcz she is black or latina." Is not flattering , it's down right insulting.

Obama didn't pick a black woman. Maybe neither he nor Trump found one that was qualified & wouldn't scream racism every other word. Most of these people were confirmed years ago anyway & not by Obama or Trump.
