They did not start counting yesterday. They began to process ballots by removing them from envelopes etc. Actually counting and tabulating cannot begin until polls close on the 18th and no results will be available until that time.
FYI -- if you're in Wyoming and haven't mailed in your ballot yet, don't. Drop it off.
