$1.25 billion would be roughly $2000 for every person in Wyoming & would therefore double the amount our state's citizens receive from the $2.2 trillion package.Or it might help fund the land acquisition.Or it might close the gap on royalty/severance revenue. Flexibility for sure

I know the budget office is trying to figure out what counts as a qualified expense under the provisions of the CARES Act. I'd imagine you could argue making up for a revenue shortfall could qualify, but a land deal... I just don't know. Maybe you could move money around?
