After lots of calls, here's what we've got - issues on separate fronts:
- Some (many?) precinct chairs could not get logged into app
- Delays of hour+ on phone line call-in backup
- Some numbers submitted likely did not match up in caucus math, thus the quality checks

I had my county text me a picture of their Presidential poll numbers and it was also called in. Double checks are always a good idea.

Hypothesis/speculation about “inconsistencies”: bc the app tried to walk you through the caucus step by step instead of just having a place to put the results, it seems plausible people may have given up halfway through and switched to paper, leaving outdated data in the app
