Over the past month, thousands of Iowans searched and prayed for Mollie’s safe return. Now, we are called to come together once again to lift up a grieving family. The search for Mollie is over, but the demand for justice has just begun.
As Iowans, we are heartbroken, and we are angry. We are angry that a broken immigration system allowed a predator like this to live in our community, and we will do all we can bring justice to Mollie’s killer.
People that still don't see illegal immigration as a problem sicken me. Thank you for making a statement on Mollie. We need to take action and fix our broken immigration system. We need to support ICE in our states to prevent this!

I am genuinely sorry for the pain of Mollie's family. However it is despicable of you to single out the status of her killer for political gain! Mention the murders of other young people by boyfriend, parents or others! Mention the missing which is very high for such a small
state as Iowa. Mention the high rate of pedophilia in our state under your term as a governor & what are you doing about it? Mention the hundreds of missing children kidnapped by our govt & more than one killed, tortured but no. You want to capitalize on the pain of Mollie! 
So incredibly disappointed and appalled that our governor chose to use this moment as part of her political agenda. What a shame.
