I looked up the live broadcast frame rate output by TNT, it’s 22 fps to allow for 4K transmittal.
The space between Draymond and Klay, using the ball as a reference point, is approx 1.6 meters.
This means the ball was passed at ~ 18.4 m/s to skip the frame. Reasonable.
