If the Tennessee Three are expelled, there'll be special elections -- and they can run for the same seats and return to the legislature.
Then, per Tennessee Constitution, they can NOT be expelled again for the same offense.
Expulsion is futile and will WASTE taxpayer money.

My biggest takeaway from tonight: 1.) Democrats shouldn't be afraid to run on abortion and democracy and 2.) Democrats must invest in young voters — we saved democracy in 2018, 2020, 2022, and again in Wisconsin. Republicans stand no chance if Democrats do both. Amazing news.
