Hey @TeamYouTube we recently posted a video that should fall under Fair Use Law reacting to the band BTS. We’ve noticed that many other channels have been receiving copyright strikes, is there a way for small creators to keep the video up without getting copyright strikes? Thanks

Bighit doesn't do copyright, but recently the newtworks have been striking kpop channels ect for live shows(MNET, MAMA,MCountdown all under CJ network i think). I would send an email.

Thanks for the help! So Since our video has a reaction to the live performance of mic drop and it’s from MNET I’ll get a strike if I don’t email them?

For now, I would delete it but keep a copy until the whole thing is resolved with the youtubers. Politics in the music industry also come into play as well in the k-pop industry.
