Mine were chat rooms for The X-Files and Star Wars in about '01. My friend and I also ran some fairly successful (few thousand members) roleplaying forums. That's how I learned Photoshop, to make graphics for the forums. Also ran a Marilyn Manson "cult" on VampireFreaks lmao.
