Great intro in defining a unicorn and venture capital. Can I add that ‘maximising shareholders funds’ is driving many of the problems we see in the world today. It’s not just a bad kpi for Silicon Valley…it’s a bad kpi, period.

Zebras can't compete vs the "maximize shareholder value" because max'ers are better at capturing the audience/ customers.
Not sure the community model works unless the customers / consumers are in (past Germany).
Using web3 to get buy in from consumers seems a decent idea.
Like the idea of having users be the owners. to make this model work it has to compete aggressively against a vc backed company w right incentive structures in place. A decentralized model i believe can work, but not w a n4p culture.
