they literally dont publish them anymore. not in the orderbook , not in the api. you'd basically be doing that same thing those shitty tradingview scripts to estimate levels at that point
Best bet I reckon would be try to model some relation based on previous volume, OI, funding analogs. Would still be ways off.

you could probably build a OI predictive model based on the volume and shift in price premium/ discount. You can assume OI drops on a dump and perps moving into heavy backwardation

That's not the point. I think there should be some urgency in seeing if all this BS that tradfi folks keep saying about leverage in Crypto is true. Binance is literally a casino and I've personally known folks who's first trade without their knowledge was futures based lol.
