Sushi saga and ensuing developments gotta be up there. Other standout moments: - Yam, SaveTheYam. Basically set the standard for DeFi farms UI. - Bill Drummond tokens. Particularly when he burnt most of the TOB supply - Early uniswap szn (Tendies, Ample, AntiAmpleRetrdTendies)
