If you're a LTF click trader on FTX you're going to get chewed up and spat out. It's not a lag. It's that HFT traders colocate in HK where all the exchanges are and the time it takes your trades to hit the books they've already jumped a head.

You get it else where too but its less noticed cause there is also a ton of retail on other exchanges. Where as FTX has a much higher ratio of pro traders as that's what they focused on to start.
