Yeah exactly. There's a reason they've continued to maintain their market dominance, through whatever means (some of which I'm sure you're all too familiar with). This was more of a don't judge a book (CZ) by its cover (Twitter) post. We really need to get him a PR rep.

FWIW I think lately CZ has been making massive improvements. Listened to a few Clubhouse calls that he was on and he was much more transparent than usually and more receptive to feedback
