My 2 cents, it meets the Howey Test, Ripple labs has nothing to do with XRP nor did they create it. Has some shady shit gone down, im sure of it . They will get some fine or some strange classification, but i don't think its going to just vanish.

even if its found to be a security they will have to option to list on traditional exchanges, but for that SEC will need to prove a link between XRP and ripple labs.
