@LegerPinhead. I wonder if it is custom for them to fist fight to determine who is the better lawyer now or what proper procedure is -
at first glance, this actually appears bullish to me w/r/t btc as it seems to impact bad actors. funds/banks already have to comply with these regs and the demand from hedge funds i'm seeing isn't because they care about censorship resistance and privacy. no clue about defi.
