This pump is so weird. It's like a blowoff top, instead of only being at the climax of a parabolic rally, it's on the second day of a bounce off the lows. Looks like around 14k, some ape started shorting hard, and then got rekt, giving us the final impulse from 15-18k

There were liqs but OI dropped only after the top (even on multi-exchange aggregate) and the portion of the volume on the way up that was liqs is pretty small (on Binance YFI/USDT Perp which is the biggest future for this)pic.twitter.com/4QsnX1jK3O

That's also because the OI updates lag on Binance. Also, notice the perp-spot basis that starts developing around 13.5k. Yeah, it was probably a bunch of factors.
