Have you seen a whale do psyops once? They don't care about fishes reaction for a few thousands more. They want to exit, they do it.
"Whales" are the only ones who hold enough to execute actions that would classify as psyops.
Also, 100 $YFI doesn't really move the market by a substantial amount. There's been substantially more accumulated by a few people/funds in the past week, clearly not reflected in price.
