it does have some risk to people using the platform tho but overall i think its fine im only mad I didnt think of it or had the capital to do it myself
I think the risks are being extremely overstated, and is mostly just a veil for people to find a scapegoat for YFI nuking. Pretty sure the touted blowup risk of FTT isn't really that concerning to most. The drop in TVL that would come as a result of this passing should be.
Having some kind of cap on a single asset is reasonable but delisting altogether is dumb
ya i think this is a better solution to prevent future issues but if someone wants to deposit a ton of money into the system they should be able to do it
ya idk ive only seen the fud posts I havent really dug into the code or look deep into it what it would mean if FTT went to 0 while on the platform. was just reading threads so idk really what to believe just observing the anger and witchhunt tbh
