Yes, that was filled. We have a new gap with this open around 9700. (Green line on right)

Keep in mind, large wicks might mean that someone was able to press price back upward, but it does not validate direction. It could just speak to liquidity dynamics. Price needs to trade back above 9700-9800 for any real conviction at this point.
